Refund policy

The 3-month pass
The pass is a single payment (currently £9.99) for 92 days of access to the extra information on Catchmently. It is not a subscription: it ends by itself, nothing renews and we never charge you again, so there is nothing to cancel.
Your 14-day right to cancel
The pass is digital content that starts as soon as you pay. Before you pay, you ask us to start it straight away and acknowledge that you then lose your 14-day right to cancel, as the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 allow. We confirm this in the email we send when your pass starts.
When we refund
- Something is wrong with the pass. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the pass must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, tell us: we will fix it, and if we cannot within a reasonable time, we will give you a full or partial refund.
- You were charged twice, or paid but your pass did not start. We refund the duplicate payment in full, or start your pass.
- We withdraw the service. If we close your account without good reason, or permanently withdraw a significant part of what the pass includes, we refund you in proportion to the time left.
Apart from these, refunds are at our discretion: if something else has gone wrong, email us and we will look at it fairly.
How refunds work
- Email support@catchmently.com from the address you sign in with, with the date of payment and what went wrong. We reply within 5 working days.
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show them.
- A full refund ends the pass straight away. A partial refund leaves it running to its end date.
